Hello and welcome to this week's fantastic newsletter, we have some very exciting events coming up in the near future.
Secret Happy Hour word this week is: INDIA
Secret Happy Hour runs daily from 5pm - 7pm Cocktail Master Classes
Over the coming months, our award-winning mixologist, Dan Thomson, will be running cocktail master classes and tasting sessions down at Zenna.Each session will involve learning about different glassware, all of the different methods of creating a cocktail, the proper use of equipment, a few bartender tricks, some basic flair, and each guest will learn how to make up to 12 cocktails of their own. Dan will be explaining his thoughts on certain bars, classic cocktails, and more contemporary concepts from around the world as well as answering any questions and dispelling bar myths.
Each masterclass will be a fantastic cosmopolitan start to an evening.
Available dates are as follows:
May: 10th, 11th, 26th, 27th
June: 6th, 7th, 11th, 14th, 15th, 18th, 21st, 22nd, 29th
July: 5th, 6th, 12th, 13th
Generally classes run from 3-5pm on weekdays and 4-6 on weekends.June: 6th, 7th, 11th, 14th, 15th, 18th, 21st, 22nd, 29th

Cocktail Masterclasses cost just £50 per person

Last week was a very exciting week with the launch of our new Secret Happy Hour, the new cocktails of the month, and a visit from the Chemical Brothers at one of the most incredible nights down at Zenna on Friday night. Celebs, cocktails, great music, and a couple of fantastic additions to the sound system meant an unbelievable night was had by all. Saturday night saw another great party at Zenna Bar.

Cocktail Recipe of the Week
Coriander and Lychee Dairquiri:
Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice, shake and double strain into a martini glass and garnish with a coriander leaf.
50ml Chairmans Reserve Rum
15ml Lime Juice
12.5ml Gomme Syrup,
Coriander leaves
50ml Lychee juice

Tasting sessions - Join Dan and some very special industry friends to talk and taste some of the best products on the market. Tickets will be limited, events will be fortnightly. Quiz Night - Tim Brice will be hosting his very own Quiz night down at Zenna Bar at the end of the month. Come down for the evening for some free nibbles and a glass of wine for entering.

Stoli Dark Orchard – We are looking forward to Stolichnaya launching their new flavour "Gala Applik" at Zenna towards the end of the month.
