Join us anytime in June to taste some of Dan Thomson’s latest creations around the theme of Great British summer sports:
Away at the Races - Saffron Gin is shaken with mango puree Orange juice, and gomme syrup, strained into Champagne Flute and topped with champagne.
Strawberries and Cream - Coole Swan cream liqueur is carefully mixed with some Crème de Fraise, fresh strawberries, sugar syrup, Xanath vanilla liqueur, and crème de banane to create a wonderfully sweet cocktail for the summer.
Anyone for Pimms? - Zenna’s own house blend of Pimms, created using Bombay Sapphire Gin, Martini Rosso, Orange Juice, Lemon and lime Zest, Angostura bitters, Crème de Cassis, Elderflower cordial and some lemon juice. Served short topped with soda or Lemonade.
